Tianshi College originated from Tianjin Tiens Vocational and Technical College, which was established in 1999. In 2008, Tianshi College was upgraded to a full-time private undergraduate college in Tianjin with the approval of the Ministry of Education. The college was invested by Tiens Group and located near the Longfeng River in the "Beijing-Tianjin Corridor" of Wuqing District of Tianjin, covering an area of about 3.2 square kilometers with a planned construction area of 2.1 million square meters. The whole campus summed up the essence of Chinese traditional architectural culture and the modern western architectural concept and took a first-class planning, design and standard construction. It is a modern, park-style college campus with a scholarly atmosphere and landscaped landscape. At present, the college has 6 secondary colleges and 3 teaching departments, offering 31 undergraduate programs and 5 junior majors. At present, there are more than 11,000 students on campus.
