Shijiazhaung Preschool Teachers College is the first preschool teacher's college approved by the Ministry of Education in Hebei Province in 2011. It is a training unit for "provincial high-level vocational schools" in Hebei Province and a pilot unit for deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era in Hebei Province. The school is located in the western high education district of the provincial capital, covering an area of 500.73 acres and a building area of 180200 square meters. It has over 7200 full-time students, 436 faculty members, 19 professors, 103 associate professors, and a total of 267 doctoral and master's students. In 2020, it ranked first in the "2020 Hebei University Satisfaction Ranking" of China Higher Education Student Information Network among undergraduate and vocational colleges in the province. For the fourth consecutive year from 2019 to 2022, it ranked first in the national vocational colleges' satisfaction survey on the designated platform of the Ministry of Education.

The educational positioning is clear and the educational characteristics are distinct. For over 70 years, the school has adhered to teacher education, deeply cultivated preschool education, and developed into a pioneer in preschool education in Beijing Tianjin Hebei and a leader in the reform and development of preschool education in Hebei Province. The school has 6 departments and 2 departments (Preschool Education Department, Language and Literature Department, Music Department, Fine Arts Department, Applied Technology Department, Continuing Education Center (Department), Basic Teaching Department, and Marxist Teaching Department), with 14 majors. The preschool education major is a national backbone major, and the preschool education major group is a provincial high-level professional group; Two majors, Preschool and Music, have been listed by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance as projects to enhance the development capacity of professional service industries in higher vocational schools. In the Action Plan for Innovative Development of Higher Vocational Education in Hebei Province (2022-2025), our school has successfully established projects such as "Provincial High Level Vocational Schools" and "Provincial High Level Professional Groups", achieving new breakthroughs in both quantity and quality of projects. The school is based in Shijiazhuang and focuses on serving the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region. It has over 1000 internship kindergartens and early childhood education institutions, covering various regions of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. In 2018, as the chairman unit, I initiated the establishment of the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Preschool Education Alliance. In 2022, with the approval of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, I led the establishment of the Hebei Province Preschool Vocational Education Group, effectively leading the development of preschool education in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.

The structure of teaching staff is reasonable, and the quality of the team is excellent. The school has a team of high-quality teachers who are dedicated and innovative. 73.5% of full-time teachers hold doctoral and master's degrees, while 35.7% hold senior professional titles, creating a favorable situation with a reasonable structure of academic qualifications and professional titles. In 2021, teachers participated in the selection of the 10th Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award in Hebei Province and won 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, and 1 third prize; From 2020 to 2022, I participated in the teaching ability competition of the Hebei Vocational College Skills Competition for three consecutive years and won three first prizes, seven second prizes, and four third prizes. The course "Children's Games and Guidance" was awarded the National Excellent Resource Sharing Course in 2017; The course 'Accompanying and Playing Children's Songs' was awarded the 2022 National Online Excellent Course for Vocational Education. The scientific research level of faculty and staff is increasingly improving. In recent years, faculty and staff have published 112 works, including 27 monographs and 75 textbooks; Published 885 papers, of which 82 were published in core journals, with a total of 50 scientific research awards and 18 patents obtained; There are a total of 117 off campus scientific research (educational reform) projects at all levels, including 2 Ministry of Education projects, 5 provincial-level projects, 90 department level projects, and 19 municipal level projects.
