Pingxiang University

The International Education and Exchange Center is the functional department and office of the university to implement foreign policy and coordinate international exchange and cooperation affairs.

Main work:

To formulate the development plan of international cooperation and exchange work of the university, and provide consultation and advice on foreign affairs for the school leaders;

Coordinate the foreign affairs activities of the university, provide information and contact services for the teaching, research and international academic exchange of the department;

Responsible for the overall management of the school's foreign affairs reception and inter-school exchange projects, including the formulation of plans, the formulation of agreements, the implementation of exchange projects and the tracking management and service of operation;

Responsible for liaison, review and approval of school cooperation; Responsible for the centralized management of foreign students and researchers, including development planning, enrollment, teaching management, daily services, etc.;

To be responsible for the employment and approval of foreign experts and foreign teachers, as well as the management of foreign affairs and life; Invite short-term foreign visiting scholars;

To be responsible for the management of the school going abroad on business; Responsible for the school to hold international conferences and teachers and students abroad to participate in the international conference review and procedures.

Responsible for receiving foreign visitors entrusted by state organs, tourism departments or fraternal schools to travel, visit, visit or transfer work.

Cooperate with and assist the publicity department of the university to do a good job in external publicity and conduct education on foreign affairs policy, foreign affairs discipline and confidentiality regulations for teachers and students.

Pingxiang University is a full-time public university approved by the Ministry of Education. The school was formerly Pingxiang Simple Normal School founded in 1941, opened junior University in 1978, established Pingxiang University of Education in 1982, changed its name to Pingxiang Junior University in 1993, and upgraded to undergraduate University in 2013, named Pingxiang University.
