Ningxia Normal University

    Founded in 1975, Ningxia Normal University is the only undergraduate normal university in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. The university comprises 16 academic institutions with 43 undergraduate programs across 9 major academic disciplines and it enrolls master’s students in 41 disciplines, fields (or specializations), forming a talent cultivation system of different levels that includes postgraduate education and undergraduate education, as well as diverse models such as full-time higher education, higher vocational education, adult continuing education, and international student education. 

It obtained approval from the Ministry of Education to enroll international students in 2016 and has established partnerships with over 10 overseas universities. Adhering to the educational philosophy of “open education, connotative development, and all-round improvement of education quality”, it has cultivated over 50,000 professionals for society and is renowned as the “Talent Base at the Foot of Liupan Mountains and the Cradle of Teachers in Southern Ningxia”.
