The school was founded in 2011 by the merger of the former Luoyang Staff Science and Technology College, Luoyang Health School and Luoyang Senior Technical School. In 2018, the school merged into Luoyang Finance and Economics School, Luoyang Finance and Accounting School, Luoyang Culture and Art School and Luoyang Second Health Secondary School.
