Heilongjiang Oriental College is a general undergraduate higher education school initiated by Meng Xin, Shang Huxiang, Zhou Changyuan, Liu Shiqin and other old generation educators, founded in 1992, is the first private university in Heilongjiang Province after the reform and opening up.
