Dalian Fengye Vocational College is a full-time ordinary higher vocational institution approved by the Liaoning Provincial Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is affiliated to Xinyang Shengye International Education Holdings (Dalian) Co., Ltd. The college was established in 2005 and currently has two campuses, namely Dabai Stone and Qidianshan. The two campuses can accommodate over 20,000 students and have over 1,000 staff members. Currently, the college offers more than 40 professional courses that are urgently needed by society and popular. The college adheres to a student-centered approach and adopts the model of "inviting enterprises to set up campuses and integrating industry and education". It integrates AI applications into teaching and production, and through the "credit system" reform, provides students with a learning environment that is "cross-disciplinary, cross-courses, and cross-time limits". The college implements the teaching models of "scenario-based education" and "entering factories from the classroom, returning to the classroom with problems", allowing students to grow in real environments.

The Qiongye Vocational College's Jidai Mountain Campus is located in the 10th economic development zone of Dalian Jinpu New Area, China. As the core engine of the college's strategic development, it is accelerating its construction according to the "four-step" planning: The first phase project was completed and put into use in September 2024, with a 170-acre modern campus featuring a 117,000-square-meter smart building complex; the second phase project is currently under construction; the third phase project focuses on developing the Changdao project, with a total area of 1,300 acres, and will mainly build an emergency experience center and a recreational health care base, forming a new development pattern of "education and industry integration + health tourism". The Jidai Mountain Campus is centered around digitalization, intelligence, and informatization. Through the Internet of Things perception system, it builds a global interconnected smart foundation. Relying on 5G + smart classrooms, it creates immersive educational scenarios. At the same time, it establishes a national-level study tour demonstration base and serves as the first industrial college-themed vocational education park in the country. It has jointly built industrial colleges with departments such as the Ministry of Emergency Management and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and with leading enterprises, forming a vocational education ecological chain integrating talent cultivation, technological research and development, and social services, and is committed to creating a national vocational education innovation and reform demonstration model.
