About the University

Chengdu Jincheng College was founded in 2005, originally known as Sichuan University Jincheng College. In May 2021, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Sichuan University Jincheng College was transformed into an independently established ordinary higher education institution and was renamed Chengdu Jincheng College.

Approved by the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and filed with the Ministry of Education, Chengdu Jincheng College is clearly defined as a "non-profit" institution. The college upholds the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China, fully implements the Party's educational policies, adheres to the socialist direction of education, maintains the public welfare nature of education, strives for high-quality development, and takes great responsibility for its teachers, students, staff, and society.

Advantages

The university is located in the High-tech West District of Chengdu, a well-known hub for enterprises, covering more than 2,100 mu. It primarily offers full-time general undergraduate education, while also providing full-time vocational education. Currently, there are more than 33,700 full-time students pursuing general undergraduate and vocational programs, including over 32,600 undergraduates.
