Changsha University is an ordinary undergraduate college of higher learning that was rebuilt and upgraded on the basis of Changsha University (college) approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2004. The university is located in the central historical and cultural city-Changsha City, Hunan Province, on the beautiful Liuyang River, overlooking the foot of the mountain, Yihongshan ancient temple.
