

Beijing Institute of Business and Technology is a full-time private higher vocational college specializing in finance and economics, approved by the People's Government of Beijing and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, with the qualification to independently award nationally recognized diplomas. It is one of the Ministry of Education's first pilot schools for the '1 X' vocational skill certificate, an outstanding moral education brand school under Beijing's 'One School, One Product' program for vocational colleges, a project unit under Beijing's Teacher Source Action Plan for primary and secondary schools, and a pilot unit for the 3+2 articulation training program between secondary and higher vocational schools in Beijing.
Beijing Institute of Business and Technology was established in March 2003 and initially operated in Langfang Eastern University Town. In 2006, it relocated to the Jingdong Yanjiao Economic Development Zone.
As of December 2024, the campus covers more than 340 acres, with a building area of nearly 100,000 square meters, a library collection of over 250,000 volumes, and a total investment of approximately 32 million yuan in training facilities. The institute has 3 teaching departments and offers 12 higher vocational programs.
