Huanghe S & T University was founded in 1984, with its headquarters located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. It is a private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. The school has successively become the first private vocational school in China, the first private university to establish a party committee, and the first private undergraduate university in China. In 2008, the university successfully passed the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level by the Ministry of Education, and the expert group called it "shocking and shocking".
